At 6'9" 230 lbs., what separates Eric from other Forwards from The 2012 NBA Draft Class is his versatility, both as a defensive stopper on the wing and as a dynamic, weak-side shot-blocker. Eric is the prototypical "3&D Guy", a walking high-light film, with uber-athleticism, who can finish above the rim, with authority, over anyone. Eric played his college ball at Campbell University, where during his Senior season (2011-12), he averaged 15.7 points, 8.6 rebounds, 2.4 blocks and 1.5 assists. His best game came against Creighton, when he had 29 points, 14 rebounds, 2 assists and 2 steals. Eric was later invited to participate in The Portsmouth Invitational Tournament. In 2012-13, Eric played for The Los Angeles Lakers in NBA Summer League and later signed with Fileni BPA Jesi in Italy, where he averaged 17.5 points, 7.1 rebounds, 1.8 steals and 1.3 blocks per game. In 2013-14, Eric played for the Miami Heat in NBA Summer League, where he drew the attention of the entire NBA, with a huge dunk over Piston's Center Andre Drummond (click here). In 2014-15, Eric played for The Dallas Mavericks in NBA Summer League and because of his outstanding performance, was signed to a three-year contract, by The Mavs. Eric recorded another ESPN top play by dunking over New York Knicks PG, Shane Larkin (click here). Eric was later assigned, by The Mavs, to their NBA Development League affiliate, The Texas Legends, where he finished the season averaging an astounding 19.8 points, 6.7 rebounds, 2.5 blocks, 1.7 assists and 1.4 steals. Eric made 98 3's, while shooting 38% from 3 and finished second in the league in blocks. His best game came against the Oklahoma City Blue, when he had 31 points, 9 rebounds, 5 blocks, 2 assists and 1 steal. In 2015-16, Eric played for The Los Angeles Clippers and The Cleveland Cavaliers in NBA Summer League. He was later invited to participate in NBA Veterans Camp with The Detroit Pistons. Eric finished the season playing for Al Naser Club in UAE, where he averaged 26.4 points, 17.6 rebounds, 2.6 blocks, 2.0 assists & 1.2 steals in 35 minutes per game.
