At 6’3” 215 lbs., what separates Isaiah from other Guards from the 2012 NBA Draft Class are his work ethic, his character, his willingness and ability to shut down the other team's best scorer and to make plays in crunch-time. Isaiah played his college ball at NJIT, where he improved steadily each season. During his Senior season (2011-12), Isaiah averaged 16.2 points, 6.6 rebounds, 2.1 assists and 1.8 steals per game. Only two players in Division One had better stats in all four categories. Isaiah was named Great West Conference Player of the Year. In 2013-2014, Isaiah returned to The Tulsa 66'ers of The NBA Development League, where he was widely recognized as one of the most improved players in the league, averaging 8.7 points, 2.3 rebounds and 1.9 assists in 22.1 minutes per game. His best game of the season came against the Maine Red Claws, when he had 23 points, 5 assists and 5 rebounds. After the season, Isaiah was invited to participate in the 2014 NBA Development League Elite Camp, featuring the top 40 NBA prospects playing in The NBA Development League. In 2014-2015, Isaiah signed with Titanicos De Leon in Mexico, where he averaged 20.5 points, 5.3 assists, 4.5 rebounds & 2.0 steals per game. He later signed with Athleticos San German in Puerto Rico, where he averaged 14 points, 2.6 rebounds and 4.3 assists. In 2015-16, Isaiah signed with BC Nokia in Finland, where he averaged 17.7 points, 7.0 rebounds, 3.1 assists & 1.4 steals in 32 minutes per game.
