At 6'10" 245 lbs., what separates Jon from other Power Forwards from The 2015 NBA Draft Class are his ability to score efficiently in the post, his ability to be an effective screener on the perimeter and his high BBIQ. Jon comes from good Basketball lineage, as his brother is Atlanta Hawks Power Forward, Al Horford and his Father is also a former NBA player, Tito Horford. Jon played three seasons of his college ball at the University of Michigan, prior to transferring to The University of Florida, as a graduate Senior. In 2013-14, at Michigan, Jon averaged 3.8 points & 4.2 rebounds in 10 minutes per game. In 2014-15, at Florida, Jon averaged 6.6 points & 4.8 rebounds, while shooting 60% from the floor.
