Octavius played his college ball at The University of Cincinnati, where as a Senior (2015-16), he led the team to an NCAA Tournament appearance, averaging 9.8 points, 7.5 rebounds, 1.5 blocks & 1.2 assists in 25 minutes per game, while shooting 54% from the field. His best game of the season came against Butler, when he had 16 points, 12 rebounds, 3 blocks & 2 assists. He finished the season as the 6th leading offensive rebounder and the 6th leading shot-blocker in The American Ahtletic Conference. After the season, Octavius was invited to particpate in The Portsmouth Invitational Tournament. Octavius recently participated in NBA pre-draft workouts with The Memphis Grizzlies and The Washington Wizards.
